About Us
Performance Coaching is my passion. I work with a range of clients in both business and sport to improve individual and team performance. My clients range from individual athletes to multi-national corporations, and I have coached in the UK, Europe, and the Middle East.
I have over 20 years of experience in coaching, leadership, and personal development, having led teams of up to 350 employees. I have operated at all levels of organisations from call centres to Managing Director.
I love studying the latest research on high performance cultures, and have also collected a number of qualifications over the years, including;
- MSc Social & Organisational Psychology – University of Exeter
- Certificate in Company Direction – Institute of Directors (IOD)
- Level 5 Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring – Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM)
